Everywhere to start let's see... I am only prose this to prevent public from the headaches I had to deal with. I purchased this freezer because it was supposed to be commercial grade, but this freezer does not even stand up to regular housing use. The at the start one I purchased last year and about 2 months into using it, the freezer started to make a loud rattling signal part way into the motor in succession. It sounded like someone was using an industrial compressor next door to us. I called the manufacturer for help and was agreed some names of repair men; I called a few but only had 1 response. When he finally came to look at the freezer, it was not building the signal at that point so he made some "fan adjustments" and told me to call him if it kept responsibility it. 20 min with he left it started again, so I called him and he never returned my call nor came back. Frustrated with the circumstances I called costco explained what happened and they picked up the faulty freezer and I purchased a second freezer thinking it was just a stroke of luck; however last Friday I ran into a additional problem. I came home from work that nighttime to hear the freezer building 2 pun clicking sounds each 10 min or so, akin to the signal it makes when inane into auto defrost. I opened the freezer and found the temp sitting almost 28, way higher than 0. I was enraged; I cranked up the freezer to 10 to see if it would make a variation. I check about an hour later and there was no variation, the freezer was not being paid colder, only the fan was in succession. It was now 10:30pm and had no choice but to try and save whatever was salvageable from the freezer. I blocked what I could in my little freezer and tried calling 3 additional public to see what interval they had. I ran almost till 1am putting equipment into friends freezers, but soothe lost almost 500$ in manufactured goods. The one shocker I found when I was emptying out the freezer was a melted plastic lid to a glass jar I had on the top shelf of the freezer up against the stainless steel plate. How does something melt in the freezer is my question. Third time will not be a charm; I will be looking for a additional make all together. I later tried to contact Electrolux/Frigidaire to let them know about the faulty products and this was their response, and by the way their warranty gets them out of covering anything:"Thank you for contacting Electrolux Appliances. We have sent you the manual amplification what the warranty does not cover. Please find it attached and kindly read page 11. If your unit is not yet fixed, please contact under warranty the following servicer to fixe it: Transglobal 1-800-360-2742.Once more thank you for contacting Electrolux Appliances.

Possibly Frigidaire has remedied the come forth by currently, save for ours would build up ice in the defrost drain tray and eventually require a manual defrost. The solution was cheap and unadorned, protect the metal shield which covers the defrost drain area to allow the defrost heater to bring about by the book. I used some put a stop to bubble clarification freeway for this function, and affixed it to both sides of the shield. Unfortunately, Frigidaire tech support did not have a clue, and not compulsory to step the defrost drain "trap" closer to where it exits on the rear. This was NOT an commanding manipulate! Otherwise a great heavy-duty appliance with no be fond of computer-board obsessed controls to go bad. Also be attentive this is designed for a commercial setting, i.e. not all that silent as the typical domestic family refrigerator or freezer. BTW, the Amazon description is incorrect, this is a freezer, not a refrigerator.
