I purchased this from Sears with good discount. I was happy with the cost. It was scheduled for delivery after 20 days. I was nervous investing that much on a refrigerator. But when Sears folks delivered and installed it well, and I was not disappointed.PROS:1-Looks, it makes your kitchen a lot more sellable. Ready for HGTV?2-Inside is roomy3-Well lit4-Ice and water outlet is flat and looks very modern. It is touch insightful, not push insightful. Just touch onto the buttons, they occur rancid.5-Water coming out of the dispenser is filtered and has very pleasant taste. Filter is inside the frig easy to access. It is very small, won't take space.6-Flexible interior adjustment: you can move few thing around, and fit a Heineken drum easily.7-temperature separated sections: Upper part has 3 temperature separated sections.a-Fixed larger section b)vegetables section which keep veggies moist and cooler c) deli section, which keeps meat coolest.8-Freezer is roomy with one large bottom section, and one drawer to put boxy material in orderly manner.9-External set alight is pleasantly lit and ambient: yet to find a way to keep it lit nonstop, but blue water-ice outlet set alight is very nice in dark.10-The Ice maker does not take the full inside section of the aptly door where ice dispense is located outside. It is so well calculated that you can still use the inside shelf located in front of the dispenser part of the fridge. most of the other brands use the dedicate that section for ice machine.11-Best buy for a luxury frig under $2,500.CONS:If any..1- Awaited to nature of french-doors, the doors do not self close, Therefore, you have to give a set alight push to ensure that the doors close, which outlines the alarm issue many users are complaining about. But, if you close the doors properly, alarm will not signal, period. So, close the doors.:)2-A bit pricier than average fixed frig, but this is not an average frig. This is a Bosch and this develop cost twice as much in Europe.3- Stainless steel stains, but this is the nature of the stainless steel. If this is a concern for you, avoid stainless steel fridges.VERDICT:BUY IT !!!!

We bought this fridge for our new home (along with just about every other Bosch apparatus) since we loved the size and underneath freezer design. From a design and functionality stand point the fridge has been great. As far as it's reliability....not so much.First conundrum.About 3 months after they installed the appliances the ice maker bunged effective. Tech came out and had to order a new ice maker.Following conundrum.Three days after the tech was at the house for the kaput ice maker, the fridge went straight up banana's on us and ongoing pouring water onto the floor! Factually went crazy!! We were in the kitchen at the time (luckily) nameless was somewhere close to the fridge when all of the sudden the panel ongoing beeping and settings ongoing to chat, then 2 seconds later water starts pouring out all over the floor. We had to open the door to get it to stop. We're permanent there trying to map out what to do with our possessed fridge when the water starts pouring out again!!! I had to hold a bowl under the water point while my partner pulled the fridge out from the wall (scratching the wood floors in the administer, not his fault)and turn the water give off.We have a call into the dealer now (they've been great thus far). Needles to say, I don't actually want a water point anymore. I don't even want to think about the mess we would have had if this would have happened when we weren't home.Just remember, in any case of what you pay and whose name is on the door, the more "well ahead" the gear is, the more things there are to break.

This is a Splendid Fridge with a slight top conundrum on the ice maker. If your ice maker stop working, the wits for it is not that it ruined but very it just somehow froze in so the tender parts stop tender! Do the later: physically take out the ice maker from the refrigerator for in this area 1 1/2 hour. It will give it a chance to thaw out it. Pour out the remainder of the fill up from the fake housing re bed in the ice-maker as it was and here you go! It will work over again! Try this! It will work! It work for me! I had the renovate man exchange the unit below warranty and after the nonworking unit melted out it worked over again! Modest trouble but it will work and it is free!!!!!!

We purchased this fridge from Sears after what we thought was a lot of research, including buying a Consumer Reports book. We wanted a large fridge with a bottom freezer and, while we were wary of the ice-maker function, we really wanted our kids to be able to get their own fill up for a change and we had been making ice with ice trays for being before. We paid $2599 during a boxing day sale in 2012.Fast forwards to just over a year before long. As I type this, my husband is hunched over the ice-maker with my hair dryer, trying to melt what we are hoping is a block of ice, which has caused the fill up point to be dripping fill up for almost a week. The front screened-off area of the ice-maker will not even come off. We are praying this works, and I sincerely wish I had come across all the reviews on this site (we are in Canada).Please do not buy this fridge. While our problem is still unresolved at this moment, it has been such a hassle to move all our food.And I agree wholeheartedly with the reviewers who said the door alarm is highly grating, and the buttons to get fill up and ice are very sticky and you have to press them very hard. Also, fill up filters are over $50 each and need to be replaced every 4-6 months.

We bought a Bosch fridge 2 weeks ago after our 9 yr old Maytag fridge bunged working. NEVER buy a side by side Maytag fridge!! NOTHING but trouble 2 weeks after the 1 yr warranty was up. Compressor finally quit after 9 years, lost 100's of dollars in food, compensated $100 to fix the fridge every 6 months.Anyways, purchased a Bosch B26ft fridge w/french doors & water dispenser/ice maker. First of all, it is clean and beautiful in our kitchen. There is a lot of interval for various sizes and shapes of food and food container. Maintains constant temperature including little fluctuation. I LOVE the water dispenser and ice maker. We had this in our other fridge, but the ice and water always had a background taste. The bottom mount freezer is fantastic. Extremely easy to organize items and therefore, you can store much more.The only possible down side is that the exterior is easily fingerprinted/smudged. Considering the use of a fridge is to keep food stored properly, I am EXTREMELY happy including my purchase. I will bring up to date my review after 1 year.Bosch B26FT70SNS 25.9 cu. We have had this fridg for a month now and we love it with the exclusion of two equipment:The ice maker CAN NOT KEEP UP with a weekend full of iced down drinks. The receptable holder is very small and after a daylight of cokes and dp's it's void! And it takes unendingly to fill up over again. A real flaw for a manufactured goods that expenditure this much.Also, the timer touchtone phone logic is a bit of a pain. It seems to go off in a hap-hazzard mode. Now and again it waits the full little when the door is open to peal. Additional era you can just walk into the room and open the door to get out butter and it goes off. I find that annoying in fact.Otherwise, it's definitely disorder of the art. Lots of room and flexible shelves and it's very classy looking and would jazz up any kitchen. We didn't need a new fridg, we are just upgrading and we kept our old Amana as well, for the garage. We are inane to need the ice from that ice maker, I authenticate you. But I definitely would urge export this manufactured goods if you actually need the "french door" type of fridg to make it work. So much more "high end" than most of the national brands, and much best looking, surrounded by and out. We also purchased their induction cooktop, which we hope we live long sufficient to have delivered NOT broken. So far we have returned three due to the dinghy life broken when in shipping!

I have had model B26FT70SNS (french style doors, with freezer on the underside) for about 1 year. From early on I had ice maker problems. Well...about 6 benefit visits and 1 entire ice maker replacement later, I continue to experience problems. Ice makers have been around for a few decades now, it seems that Bosch must have the bugs worked out by now. Some of the ice problems have included: out of action motor, over filling, under filling, no filling of ice trays at all. It appears to be poor engineering and Bosch refuses to acknowledge that it is a poor point. The customer benefit representatives have always been courteous but have only offered sending out the repair benefit. I truly wish I could get a refund because after reading other public's reviews, they stated that their problems didn't go away even after having the entire refrigerator replaced. If you didn't care to ever use the ice maker, the interior storage and organization is very nice.

I chose this refrigerator because it seemed to be inflicted including skilled fit and finish, and looked very kind.However, the at the start one I got made one batch of ice... that's 8 cubes... and then quit effective. Sears sent someone out to fix it, and it they decided it was kaput, they looked-for a new one. Water supply over a month shortly (including no ice maker), the new one comes in, the guy comes out and installs it. It did not work--not flush one batch of ice. So I called Sears and asked them to just pocket this one in trade and send us a whole new refrigerator. Several weeks shortly, we finally be inflicted including a effective refrigerator! Yay!Very near two months shortly (that's right now), the ice maker quit effective.I don't understand how the ice maker could be that bad. I mean, did nobody ever test this after they designed it? It boggles my mind that the design is that appalling. I don't understand how the repairs to the ice makers isn't bankrupting Bosch. I would be inflicted including thought they would be inflicted including quit selling this model as soon as the intelligence of the failures started rolling in, unless I just be inflicted including exceedingly bad luck. But I don't think so--I notice someone else's review also says that their ice maker quit.Anyway, I fervently recommend avoiding this model, and doing your research if you want a different Bosch model, to make sure it doesn't use the same kaput ice maker.

I purchased the Bosch refrigerator when the before fridge died. It had the fewest on-line complaints and was actually made in the U.S. rather than Mexico. While it's really too quickly to actually rank this refrigerator because I only just got it a week past, here are some things with the intention of i've found:1. The stainless steel isn't actually stainless so fridge magnets will stab.2. The stainless look is on the doors only, sides are dark brown.3. The ice maker makes plenty of ice.4. The fill up line for the dispenser freezes regularly so no fill up comes made known. (This doesn't look to affect the ice maker though.) Don't set the controls not more than the settings publicized in the manual. If your kitchen is cool the fridge temperature could have to be augmented.5. The yield and deli drawers take up a lot of opportunity. So tall bottles aren't capable to stand up. Also if you don't hold frequently yield you'll be bowled over at how little opportunity is missing ended.6. Both doors should be open to access any of the compartments.7. The warning beeper sounds for about five (very long) minutes with you push to the door (if you've missing it open too long). This is quite annoying.8. The Sears installers will scratch the doors putting the handles on. (They don't amount the fridge any.)9. Six 12-amount suitcases of cans all set just aptly with no wasted interval.10. There is no positive indication with the intention of you've pressed any of the buttons and the manner selected is sometimes not clear.11. It's very quiet.12. The display shows only the settings. A thermometer(s) will still be needed to recognize what the inside temperature is.13. Everything inside is very well lit.
