Customer service is dreadful on these units - stay away. We have had conundrum with conundrum being paid the trim kits approved accurately, regularly compelling 10 or more phone calls for every one returned. And we still can't get the in rank we need. Must have gone a different way!!

I have had this refrigerator for less than a year and it has gone out three era, have lost so much food. Repairman put it in for replacement and I called the company to authenticate it would be submitted, they balanced me it would be resolved in 2 to 3 days... here I sit almost three weeks later, four phone calls, first file had accidently been clogged, next they said I had not yet sent repair envoice, which had been sent a week and a half before, lo and behold they establish it. Spoke with superintendent who said she would in person take care of equipment and call me next business day and not anything when I call she is busy on a additional line. Most terrible customer service I have ever seen. I must have gotten the sub zero, electrolux is awful.
