WHIRLPOOL HAS VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!The front right door dos not accurate by the book due to an engineering flaw. Could be easily flat but whirlpool does not care. They told me quote "That is just the way it is, live with it." Can you imagine! This is after 3 videos of the issue and a dozen phone calls to prove the problem.Let me explain briefly.The wing or flap that opens and closes on the left side door, holds the door open 1+ inches if not pressed firmly shut when closing. The inside door feeler reads as if it is shut and the alarm for the open door does not go off and the refrigerator stays open and gets warm inside about once a week if the last self to use does not check closely to make sure the doors are pressed firmly shut. This is BAD! Milk, meat, etc.. Now has half life. It stays open and just touching every day. Nobodies family tree is going to be taught to always firmly press the refrigerator doors to make sure they are closed tightly. Let's be realistic.Anyway,Do not buy this poorly engineered wreck. And do not buy Whirlpool strain in view of the fact that of their HORRIBLE Consumer service.TRUTH!!!!!
