Georgina Haig - 5 Things to Know About 'Once Upon a Time's' Elsa

It's official: Georgina Haig has been cast to play "Frozen's" Elsa in "Once Upon a Time" next season, ABC News has confirmed.

Haig joins Scott Michael Foster as Kristoff and Elizabeth Lail as Anna to be reborn from Disney's "Frozen" to ABC's "Once Upon a Time."

Disney is the parent company of both ABC and ABC News.

But who is Haig and why does she look familiar? Here are five things to know about the up and coming actress.

Haig was born on Aug. 3, 1985.

Elsa doesn't have an accent, but Haig does. She's from Melbourne, Australia. Guessing she'll drop the dialect for "Once Upon a Time."

You may be scratching your head because he's 36 and she's 28, but there was a time travel situation involved in the show (More specifically, Jackson was frozen in amber, but only "Fringe" fans understand that).

Haig was reportedly up for the role of Gwen Stacy in 2012's "The Amazing Spider-Man," but lost out to Stone. OMG, what if she got the role and Garfield and Stone never got together? The world wouldn't be the same!

She's also featured alongside "The O.C.'s" Cam Gigandet in the new series "Reckless" as Lee Anne Marcus.
