I just saved a ton of cash doing this impact hinge myself. The door was so light it popped right off including two screws. The door opens now including total ease. They suggested to remove everything from fridge and power down but I did not. I just had all prepped including all my tools, grease and flat ladder including a thick soft comforter placed on it so it would not scrape the door. It look less that 2 minutes to pull off hinge and remove old hinge and grease and replace including new one. Believe me it was easy!!!!These guys ship this thing fast also including great packing. Totally qualified.Thankfulness Guys
