I have 2drawer Bev/Wine Cooler @ over $1,000...I must say where is the dislike button for Vinotemp. The first unit came defective with a broken interior drawer/functiong screen. They do not offer any doable way to get service and NO PARTS will be shipped even under warranty...SUBPAR customer service, sent a new one and I had to take apart it out of the pen from China. Now this unit has both broken top drawers... What company operates like this? Building a client take apart out of a pen that came overseas when the unit came from their warehouse in the US? Visibly Vinotemp cannot get their oversears manufacture right in China...do not buy this product if you care about quality, reliability and service. NO VALUE!The product looks good but is so poorly constructed and the service is no damning that i fervently urge vacant to a foremost machine strain where they build best harvest and stand in the rear the quality and warranty. I have paid a $1,000 FOR A NIGHTMARE AND A PIECE OS SCRAP METAL.
