I have receipts and plenty of correspondences I can prove every word of this.I only like providing positive feedback, but this is so egregious I had to enter it. I wish I was warned.I like many of you thought I would save and buy great Electrolux products that I heard growing up were great, high extent products. I thought I could pay for these and give explanation for the variation with being of problem free appliances, although I have not had any problems with any appliances. I was wrong and have contacted the company many times and that has proven worthless. They offered me another one for half price. Why would I want another of their lemons.The Refrigerator was made in Mexico which demonstrates to me they are taking what I thought was a great name and sacrificing it for profit. Thankfully I purchased a 5 year warranty for all appliances but the beverage refrigerator. Two and 1/2 years later... I have had to have my water/ice dispenser repaired, my dishwasher motor replaced, the control panel on the range fixed and now the control panel on the beverage refrigerator is not working.I purchased Electrolux appliances b/c I was hoping to have reliable appliances for the next decade or so. I purchased the warranty b/c I planning occasionally there can be a problem with an appliance and I did't want to have to worry about it. I did not expect that all the appliances would be broken in some way or other in less than 3 years. I have taken mulitple days off from work in order for the repairs to be made. I have not even called to schedule a repair for the beverage refrigerator because I am too in tears with Electrolux as it is to pay $500 for the repair.I would not recommend Electrolux appliances and I would not purchase these appliances again. Very disappointing! The set looks so nice, I was so excited to have a special kitchen but now I wish I had bought something less expensive/less flashy but more reliable.

I have had this refrigerator for less than a year and it has gone out three era, have lost so much food. Repairman put it in for replacement and I called the company to authenticate it would be submitted, they balanced me it would be resolved in 2 to 3 days... here I sit almost three weeks later, four phone calls, first file had accidently been clogged, next they said I had not yet sent repair envoice, which had been sent a week and a half before, lo and behold they establish it. Spoke with superintendent who said she would in person take care of equipment and call me next business day and not anything when I call she is busy on a additional line.
