I had this refrigerator 4 weeks when the defrost coil melted the fake insulation creating a dreadful burnt smell that wreaked for weeks in my house and ruined all the food that was in the fridge. The service rep came to my house to see about the problem and promptly recommended a replacement refrigerator. After 6 weeks of waiting and literally hours on "hold" with the Frigidaire Customer Service Department, still no replacement. I've been living out of coolers all this time. I have talked with at smallest amount 6 different Customer Reps during this time, often passed to a Manager. The managers are always busy and I am told they will call me. Managers rarely return my calls. This seller is not at all implicated in my displeasure

We bought ours in September 2011 and both the fridge and freezer work great. The unit looks really nice, it's spacious, well-designed, and shows little sign of wear. We would definitely buy this model again or recommend it.

After 6 weeks of coming up and literally hours on "hold" including the Frigidaire Consumer Benefit Department, soothe no replacement. I've been income out of coolers all this time. I be inflicted including talked including at least 6 different Consumer Reps during this time, often voted for to a Administrator. The managers are always unavailable and I am told they will encourage me. Managers rarley return my calls. This seller is not at all implicated in my dispaeasure including this manufactured goods.

Bought in November 2010, delivered and installed in December 2010. Freezer went out in December 2011 over the holidays, and called Frigidaire for service on January 3, 2012, only to be told we "should've called in December, appliance is no longer under warranty" and they would not offer to service it under warranty as a courtesy. So my final sanction: DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCES, they do not stand by the feature and reliability of their products when agreed the opportunity too. I am a first-time customer and now a last-time customer. Sticking including Kenmore or Whirlpool.
