I purchased this as a gift for my Dad and was despondent that the box and manufactured goods indoors naughtily smashed. Amazon was instant to schedule a pick of the litter up and at some time ago sent a new one out.The second one indoors lacking a scratch!This item is of exceptional quality, as opened my Dad planning is was an amp! Perfect gift, was extremely impressed!

The product at home with several dents and the door hinge was bent and damaged. The inside appeared used; the tapes with the intention of hold the trays in place during shipping were not reliable. I got the impression with the intention of someone else could have returned the product and with the intention of it had been repackaged and at that time sent to me. I am in the administer of persistent the item and receiving a replacement. We will reflect it over how this goes.Got the new product, all is well.
