I have this washer and the same conundrum that the first reviewer has with the apparatus. Even if for me it has everlastingly been that way from the manufacturer. The door fastener striker ruined because door is wobbly and must be lifted with each closure. May be a conundrum of the manufacturer not this fastidious part.
