Powerball draws numbers for $259.8 million jackpot; winning ticket sold in ...

CLEVELAND, Ohio The numbers have been drawn for a Powerball lotteryjackpot that has grown to an impressive $259.8 million.

The Powerball numbers are: 14-18-25-33-49 Powerball 23 Powerplay 5x.

One winning ticket reportedly was sold in Tennessee, according to the Powerball website. The jackpot will $40 million for Saturday's drawing.

Meanwhile, the Classic Lotto also drew numbers on Wednesday for a jackpot worth $73.1 million ... and there again was no winning ticket sold, continuing a winless streak that has last more than 2-1/2 years. The streak has endured despite odds of winning that are much better than both Powerball and Mega Millions, although they're still1-in-13,983,816.

The Classic Lottonumbers are: 4-7-28-44-46-49 Kicker 162305. The next drawing is Saturday evening with a jackpot of $73.3 million.
